Founded by Mr. Bogni Ngueya, Bantou First League Consulting has evolved over the years to become a key player in consulting in Africa, with 18 years of experience.

2) History

Bantou First League Consulting, was born from a vision: to provide advice, training and tailor-made support to States, Institutions, African and international companies wishing to operate in Africa.

Our ambition is to be one of the leaders in Fintech consulting; a sector in full development, which still lacks real experts and consulting firms to support them in an increasingly regulated, competitive and above all risky environment.

Banking, microfinance, insurance, industry and the commercial sector are also sectors of interest for us.

Bantou First League Consulting is a brand of Bantou Sarl, a company under Cameroonian law which operates successfully in various sectors such as Catering, real estate, events, etc.

Convinced that like building a beautiful African hut, you need long vines, but also short ones to perfect the angles; we have a large base of bilingual experts with diverse skills, part of what we call the “First League” in reference to the English Championship, the best in the world in football. Our name Bantu First League Consulting stems precisely from the ambition to build the best tailor-made consulting firm for businesses in Africa.

Mr. Bogni Ngueya, has nearly 18 years of experience in the areas of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance and Internal Control, Internal Audit, Inspection in management and management positions in large leading groups in their sectors and markets such as: BGFIBank, Afriland First Bank, MTN Mobile Money, Robustrade DMCC, etc.
He is a promoter and founding partner of several companies such as: Bantou Sarl (Bantou Restaurant, Bantou
Real Estate), Creative Deco and Events, Clean Business Management Consulting.
